ALL PACKAGES INCLUDE:

  • Audio sufficient for # of people
  • Console, cordless microphone, table & cables.
  • Responsible technician during the event (7 hours max).
  • Transportation, setup and removal with professionalism.
  • DJ services include consultations on playlists and all AV production issues.

PRICE DISCOUNTS AND SURCHARGES

  • A 20% discount is offered to customers who pick up and return the equipment to our warehouse (may require a security deposit)
  • Discount available for events with Humanitarian Causes.
  • Events outside the municipality of San Miguel de Allende require an additional 10%  transportation fee. 
  • Standard event rental is 10 hours plus assembly and disassembly time. Each additional hour will generate an extra 5%.
  • Additional days of equipment rental in the same physical place where the event takes place will be charged with a 20% discount.
  • Additions (speakers, microphones, lights, etc.) at the last moment to the agreed quote will have a 50% increase according to list pricing.
  • Prices do not include IVA, if the event requires a factura the 16% IVA will be charged additionally.
  • Events on holidays will have an additional cost of 15% to the price.
  • Events with risk of rain or bad weather, an emergency tent will be placed to protect with an additional cost of $1000mxn.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Reservations and pricing are only guaranteed upon receipt of a nonrefaundable 50% deposit for the mutually accepted Final Quote.
  • Upon receipt of the nonrefundable 50% deposit, a final Quote is considered by BGolden Productions to be a “Contract for Service”.
  • Alternations can be made and will be included in the final invoice.
  • Date changes can be made at no penalty if requested more than 30 days before the originally contracted date (subject to availability).
  • Pricing is determined primarily by the date and day of the week. Highest rates are for weekends and holidays.
  • Packages are made in a single location, in case the event has more than one location and the services are required in both places, each one will be charged separately.
  • All our prices are in Mexican Pesos MXN.
  • When requesting support from our staff for any activity related to the event in progress, they will have to ensure their health and integrity, otherwise said activity cannot be carried out.
  • Our quoted prices will be valid for 30 days from the date of receipt of said quote, once said time has elapsed, it will be required to update said quote with the current prices published on our platforms.
  • In case of requiring additional adjustments to the current price without having made the corresponding deposit, the current prices published on our platforms will be applied.
  • When it is required to leave the equipment in safekeeping and custody in the possession of the client, it will be their responsibility to keep the equipment in adequate conditions, in case of any failure or breakdown derived from inappropriate safeguarding by the client, the repair or replacement of the equipment will be under its responsibility.
  • For our international customers, if required, we offer a service to receive USD in the US. Because exchange rates are always changing and there are costs associated with taxes and international transfers, we offer the prevailing rate of ” exchange pesos for purchase” according to the National Bank of Mexico (Banamex), minus 2%.
