BGolden also endeavors to streamline the process by which we can together identify and meet your needs.

Live stream services
BGolden Productions provides professional quality live stream services to all of today’s popular social media platforms. This service includes:
- Social media consulting (to maximize your on-line reach).
- Graphics integration (eg logos, special offers and pre-recorded images/videos).
- Multiple HD cameras, with the capacity to stream and record high quality live video.
- Professional audio interface with multiple channels/mics (eg for musical groups) to stream and record high quality live audio.

- Audio & Illumination for stage and/or dancefloor.
- Wired/wireless microphone with stand.
- Audio Console, table and cables for connecting audio devices.
- Responsible technician during event (6 hours max).

DISCOUNTS AND ADDITIONAL PRICES
- A 25% discount is offered to customers who pick up and return the equipment to our warehouse (may require a security deposit)
- Discount available for events with Humanitarian Causes.
- Events outside the municipality of San Miguel de Allende require an additional 10% transportation fee.
- Standard event rental is 8 hours, not including assembly and disassembly. Additional time costs 5% hour.
- Additional days can be contracted at 30% discount/day. Changes in less than 6 hours before an event may have a charge of 25% of the total service.
- Prices do not include IVA, if the event requires a factura the 16% IVA will be charged additionally.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Reservations and pricing are only guaranteed upon receipt of a nonrefaundable 50% deposit for the mutually accepted Final Quote.
- Upon receipt of the nonrefundable 50% deposit, a final Quote is considered by BGolden Productions to be a “Contract for Service”.
- Alternations can be made and will be included in the final invoice.
- Date changes can be made at no penalty if requested more than 30 days before the originally contracted date (subject to availability).
- Pricing is determined primarily by the date and day of the week. Highest rates are for weekends and holidays.
- Packages are for a single location. If an event has more than one location (eg Party and Ceremony), they will be charged separately.
- All our prices are in Mexican Pesos MXN.
